I paid weeks in advanced for a garage spot in NYC, only to get there and have the garage tell me they don’t accept Parkwhiz. I had to pay for the garage spot again in person, and it was cheaper than what Parkwhiz charged me.

Weird, so I found they have 2 apps, there's one called best parking and one called parkwhiz it's pink with a blue P. That one synced with the site, I actually reserved a spot and I couldn't figure out why my reservation won't show up until they emailed me a link to open pass in app.
