Simple, clean, great pizza. We had the large Margherita pizza and a small Bianca. The margherita, as prepared, was perfect. I broke up the fresh basil which complimented the cheese and sauce very well. While I added a small amount of grated cheese and pepper flakes to one slice I ate most of the pizza with no modifications. DeSano absolutely exceeded my expectations for a good Neapolitan Pizza. I tried the Diavola and the Margherita and both were excellent.
